Sunshine State Seamless Gutters and Screen Enclosures Inc. is a family owned company with Chuck Fields serving as President and his wife Beverly as Vice-President. Their son Chris and their son-in-law Brian Clukey are our fully trained and professional installer. Rachel Burnsed, the only employee not a member of the family, does our free estimates. She was hired because of her energy, enthusiasm and a thorough knowledge of residential gutters. Even though the Company is fairly new to the Jacksonville area, our staff has approximately 20 years experience in seamless gutters and screen enclosures.
Since this is a family owned business and our warranty is second to none in Jacksonville, Florida. We take great care in delivering you the best possible product as affordable as possible. We are licensed and insured. We include certificates of insurance and a copy of our Occupational License in all of our proposals. The certificates of insurance provided are not necessarily proof of insurance but they include the name and phone number of our agent who will gladly confirm that the policies are in force at the time of the installation. The work you want done is on your home, in most cases, your biggest investment. Whomever you choose for the job, take a few minutes to confirm the legality of the company. The importance of this can't be stressed enough. There are a number of companies in this area that are operating illegally. If these companies have no liability coverage and they cause damage to your home, in most cases, they don't have the resources to fix the damage. If they do not have Workers Compensation Coverage and one of their workers gets hurt while working on your home, the employee can actually hold the homeowner liable for his or her injuries. Again, do your homework.
